Attorney Sara E. Kitaeff
Attorney Kitaeff received her Juris Doctor in May 2011 from Suffolk University Law School. She was the recipient of the Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Evidence and worked alongside the Honorable John Fenton as his research assistant. While in law school, Sara interned in the Superior Court in both Civil and Criminal sessions and clerked for the Honorable Spencer Kagan in the Middlesex Probate and Family Court. At Suffolk, Sara focused her studies in Family Law and Trust and Estate planning and administration, and she interned with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and worked as a law clerk in her father's Bankruptcy practice.
Attorney Kitaeff sat for the MA Bar in July 2011 and was sworn in November 2011. She joined Eramo & Associates as a legal assistant in September 2011 and is now an associate working with clients on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, and attends hearings and 341 meetings in the US Bankruptcy Court.
Sara is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover and Boston University, where she received a B.A. in English Literature and a completion of minors in French Language and Literature and Art History. Prior to law school, Sara was a Senior Consultant with EF Education, where she designed international travel itineraries for high school teachers taking their students abroad.
In her free time, Sara works with the Boston based non-profit art organization Glovebox, as the core event contributor, interviewer and sometimes blogger. She is fluent in French and has working knowledge of Italian and some Spanish. She is looking forward to memberships with the Women's Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as NACBA, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
